[QUESTION] Is this legal? Company selling YZY designer shoes..

I found this website on a subreddit today and instantly wanted to ask somebody how this could be legal.

I suppose that the company is Danish and I'm aware that fashion is very hard to copyright. However, this company is the boldest at ripping-off well known designs as far as I have ever seen.

So the question is; is this legal in any way? They have the exact Yeezy 350 design on their shoes. However, they are stating clearly that those are not real Adidas Boost YZY 350 shoes.
