A contract specifies that I must be a limited liability company, but I am a sole trader. Need advice.

Hi guys, I am registered as a sole trader. When I registered, I didnt think I would be making over 37'500 euro, and I had no plans of hiring any employees so registering as a sole trader was the clear choice for me over a limited company. Since then, I have made some profit (around €1500, still nowhere near €37'500), and a company has approached regarding a deal where they distribute a product of mine. Long story short, I am happy with the contract, except for the very first page where it states that "Party A (Me), the developer of the <the product>, is a limited liability company duly organized and validly existing according the laws..." etc. So as far as I am concerned, this does not apply to me as I a sole trader, and thus and FULLY liable. Are companies generally willing to re-word a section of their proposed contract? If anyone has advice on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it.
