Hi, what is the type of professional called that can help us with the legal side of things? We just want to make sure our LLC is set up in a way that everyone legally owns the right percentage stake of the company, the LLC status is truly protecting our personal assets from lawsuit, the company bylaws are legally binding, the LLC is operating legally, etc.
Is it simply called a business advisor? Or a business attorney?
