Any Wordpress theme recommendations for an Authority/Affiliate Site?

I have been chopping and changing my website theme for a few days now and I just can't seem to find one which I like. This may be due to lack of content at the moment.. But I was just wondering, does anyone know of any themes which are of a simple lay out and fairly easy to edit? Thanks.
