Can someone pick apart my business idea or tell me it's good? (Storm cleanup in Florida)

I was going to get a heavy duty lawn vacuum and a chainsaw and clean up peoples yards after storms hit. I was going to get rid of all the leaves and debris with the lawn vac and get the huge branches with the chainsaw.

In the off season, I can use the lawn vacuum to pick up the leaves in fall.

This is a seasonal business, but between storm season and fall, there will only be two months out of the year where I don't have much work.

Just wanted to run this by you guys because most of the people doing this are full service lawn companies that this is just one of the things they do. I'm trying to start a business for under $3,000 so a full service lawn company isn't happening for me.
