Colorado, Help I'm in a moratorium partnership and have questions!

Like the title says, I am currently going through a series of issues with my partner that seem to be slowly either escalating to me doing 90% of the stuff within the business (example I am responsible for the upkeep of 80% of the store trash bathroom outside signs glass cleaning ect, meanwhile he has a 3x5 cube to sweep) or me being bullied out for lack of insight, so I'm here to ask. I own part in a growing marijuana business that is now grandfathered into being allowed while no new ones can be made. We have 2 locations 1 being signed to him and 1 being signed to myself for the property.

ISSUES/QUESTIONS

-I have a contract for the business saying ownership %s ect. But I don't think I am on the business license itself. So if I split and each take a property am I ablew to be grandfathered in still? Or would the split remove me?

I've only lived here for 10.5 months, is that long enough to be a resident for a business? (I'm told by the partner it's 2 yrs but may be a way to keep me in line)

What all would I be entitled to one the split? Majority of my money went towards the property while his was cases, inventory furniture ect.

What if I'm threatened with court time? I committed most of my money to this while he makes money outside of the business so he knows he can push that weight on me.

Basically I just want my store and he has his and everyone go their separate ways because for only have 10% ownership.....doing way to much and getting bullied on anything I try to do. Like I wanted a sign outside (yeah no sign even) instead of putting the 1 we had made up outside he says I need to pay for it, flip open sign no flashing open ect, 1 in 3 people say they can't say if they know we are even open. Want a sign? I have to pay for it, meanwhile I work AT MINIMUM 12hr days 7 days a week and can't stay open during a flourishing business time because it can only be open on his schedule now....and he gets sleepy early.

Any help much appreciated and I'm sorry for the bad grammar!
