[Discussion] What do you do when you messed up and are struggling to progress forward? When guilt feels overwhelming?

 


Like after I messed up, I'm too scared and my ego is too hurt to try again? I'm constantly evaluating deserving and un-deservingness?How do you make a balance between being harsh on yourself when you fuck up and being kind to yourself when life has been hard to you too?
