E-Commerce WordPress Plug-Ins. Which plug-ins are a 'MUST' for one-product webshop?

Hey guys.

I am busy starting a webshop concentrated on ONE product only. So I will be selling one product only, just want to have the plug-ins that are great for the website so low-maintanence is needed: because I am no full-time developer that can handle everything.

My biggest focus is to make the site flow smoothly without any problems, like things: keeping the site secure and have the shopping cart flow smoothly. And the payment needs to be automatic aswell (like things for IDEAL/Paypal, automatically assigning the VAT automatically etc..).
