Has anybody successfully defended a tradmark?

Woodies guy again. I own the trademark for 'Woodies' for sunglasses.

There's a couple brands that are edging to close to my freaking name.

WoodyGlass

WoodiesSpecs

ShopWoodie

and now a company from Spain, WoodysSunglasses, has asked my permission for them to enter the market, and offered $2,000 if I agree to let them keep their name. (My number would be a lot more than that)

I've been content enough to let these companies operate for a couple reasons:

1) I imagine it actually raises my traffic and sales because I'm the #1 search result for the brand names

2) It seems like too much hassle to go after these people, especially because they're still small

Questions are:

Has anybody successfully defended a tradmark?

How much did it cost you?

How much did you get out of it?

How did you determine damages?

How easy was it to collect?

Has anybody licensed a trademark to another company?

Thanks a lot guys
