So I'm about to purchase my first property which I will be airbnbing as much as possible on weekends and when I'm not there to build up a deposit for my next investment but this first one will be my home too.
However, I'm interested in targeting somewhere like San Diego or Miami where there is a bigger demand for AirBnB but with cheaper house pricing.
I'm an Irish citizen so I'm sure I can purchase property in the states but does anyone have any stories or approaches they've applied to this investment approach?
