As you may know, Facebook has released chat bots for businesses and pages:
Chat bots can easily increase the amount of information you are able to deliver to the user - even drive sales - while keeping the user in familiar territory (Facebook rather than your website).
My main question is basically how much you (assuming you are unable to code) would pay to create a chat bot for your page or company, which would include complete development as well as support/updates after completion.
I've drafted some prelim pricing models:

Lump sum payment for bot development, monthly fee afterwards

Lump sum payment for bot development, % of revenue earned through bot is taken as payment afterwards

No lump sum, only % of revenue earned via bot (though this will most likely result in a less customized final product)
