If I have a business idea but don't have the money or the resources to make it big, how do I make it big?

So if I don't have the finances, I go out and seek investors.

• But what if I have the finances to start a really small version of my business idea but I want to make it big but don't have the knowledge or the resources to make it big?

• Let's say I start up my business idea in a major city and it's really working, and I find investors who will invest in this idea. How do I make it go big like Uber or Airbnb and not worry about other people with lots of money and resources to copy-cating my idea and stealing it and turn it into a multi-million dollar company?
