Looking for help. Using stripe for a signup fee AND a monthly subscription fee model in one?

Stripe makes it easy to charge a subscription fee. I can't find any help with a one-time $499 setup fee and a $49 per month subscription model.

I would take a WordPress extensions that already has the language coded, and I just input the charges. Can any fellow Redditors point me in the right direction?
