Nearing launch, where to get leads?

Newbie here, we're close to launch. I will need to be contacting several private businesses in order to get them on board. I have been looking at "Lead Generators" such as SalesGenie, are these of any value? They have a three day 150-lead trial I'm going to try, but am I moving in the wrong direction here? Any help would be extremely appreciated, thank you.
