Registering your business, EIN, and bank account while online overseas

I'm an American; however I'm living abroad currently. I'm hitting the point where I'd like to start registering my business so I can move forward!

It looks as if I should be able to do all of these things online; however would love to hear of other peoples' experiences!

I'll be running a SaaS application and will, for at least the next few months unless I pick up steam and need help, be the only one working on it.

A few questions!:

• What should I use to register my business and EIN online? I've looked into MyCompany and LegalZoom - open to any and all others.
• Should I register in Delaware; or elsewhere?
• Are there any specific services I should order? I keep seeing 'Registered Agent' thrown around; and unsure about anything else.
• Recommendations for opening a bank account online?
• Any other words of wisdom?
