T1 amongst other things

Hey everyone! I have T1 diabetes and it has not been well managed for a few years now. It was always under control as an adolescent but ever since my descent into adulthood it has spun out of control like an angsty teenage girl... I workout and eat healthy off and on, which isn't good, but I'm trying here.. How do people manage blood glucose levels when they've been "normally" high and begin to come down rapidly? I like seeing a blood glucose read under 160 but I feel low and end up over correcting and end up with another high.. This is a half rant and half wanting to know what you guys/gals have found that work for y'all? I know all diabetics are different, however, I'm open to trying new methods of getting and staying under control.
