Maybe if your caught some kind of cycle this can be a reminder that no matter how hard we try we are never the same person from one minute to the next....Physics says everything is in a state of constant change..on the deepest level of your being...so feel free to change any patterns you want, it can be challenging but is completely possible for anyone.
