tell everybody. I have been on and off antidepressants, I have taken uppers like adderall. Sometimes, none of those will help. Sometimes you have to take life by the balls and make people deal with your depression. remember, you are allowed to be depressed. if hearing about it alienates someone away, fuck them. I'm an only child raised by a much older single mother who will be dead before I'm 30 and I will be alone... I am still a smart person and if someone can't handle my rationalization of my situation they simply aren't invested enough in my happiness. I think way too often we think our ability to process fucked up shit is a shortcoming when it is in fact the opposite. allow yourself to handle a fucked up situation and if people can't keep up, make sure they know it's their goddamn problem. life doesn't owe you anything, but you don't owe life anything either
