[Text] Wrote this in a notebook last year. Just found it again, and I decided to transcribe it unfiltered and post it here.

What is it, that drives you forward? What dreams or aspirations do you have? And with what determination and discipline are you willing to work at it? Do you posses a supportive environment that would help you achieve those goals?In the face of a person without a passion, none if it matters. In a stage of being able to see the leaves fall centimeter for centimeter. Where time passes so slowly, that a red light feels like a 9 to 5 shift. When a man is in no possession of a hobby or a passion, what else is he to do?"Try hiking", but there are no mountains. "Try fishing", but there is neither a river nor a lake. "Why not just go join a sports club?", yet after the fifth time you have quit a sports club, asking your parents for yet another registration is humiliation.In the eyes of the man, the man is the victim."If only I had the power to just go outside and talk up a hot girl" - a thought that occurred daily after reading a few books and forums on pickup.Yet the man with no passion sees himself the victim. Everyone around him has a hobby or a passion. Everyone knows where they want to go in life. Except the miserable friends he still has, that are stuck in the same position."I bet if I could surround myself with people with passion, everything will work itself out - but where do I start? I know no one and have no existing circle of friends."And in the eye of a man with passion, everything seems so enlightened and easy. But not to you, you are the victim, no? If only you had "it". Yet the man with a passion has started with not one, but three, seven, twenty and more roads. And every road started by taking step one.The man with passion burns short-lived, until the flame dies out. Yet the man takes now another road, for he has experienced the most important thing to learn.Start with step one. Start with step one and you will already be the survivor, for only the victims stay left behind. And don't look back or listen to their cries. A man searches for a brother-in-arms no matter the situation, and they will do anything to keep him. But stay a victim and you stay a square zero. Listen not, they simply are too many.Start with step one. And never look back.
