I'm trying to import some water pipes (bongs), and the U.S. customs says I need a product identification manual from my manufacturer, what the hell is that? I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything related.
Besides the obvious, a document describing the products being manufactured, I have no clue what is required in said document.
Anyone have any experience or clue what a product identification manual is?
