So I've been trying to learn some programming for months and I've been tinkering with trying to build my web app idea on my own but I've come to realize I'm just not technically capable of doing it alone. I can do amateur wireframes, mockups, business plans, marketing, and know wordpress, html/css, etc., etc., but I really need a full stack developer. So I've started looking into finding cofounders.
I don't want to be that guy who says "I'll offer you 5% equity in my idea if you do 90% of the technical work!" or someone who just desperately spams devs with their business plan asking if they'll come work for them.
What should I have ready to show when I'm looking for a developer cofounder? What's convincing to a developer to cofound a startup with someone who doesn't have a lot of money or experience?
