Advice? - Created an app with a couple of friends, we are now making a bunch money, I'm in control and I have no idea how to structure our company to accommodate for division of the income.

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

There are 4 of us, everyone wants something but no one knows what's right.

It was my idea, with me financing it and managing the project from the beginning so I have to decide what to do and how to structure the company + split up our funds will be.

I am thinking I'll be the single share holder and director with the company splitting everything into royalty contracts and leaving some over for expenses, but someone came back to me saying I could get sued as the director for not managing correctly to ensure proper a proper return on royalties. Then there are issues for ongoing maintenance costs, or costs for possible expansion and I should leave at least 60% of that within the company.

That leaves 40% for the 4 of us with them needing to trust me to redistribute it at the end of some period of time.

None of us are dicks. Any ideas on how I should structure this?
