Any freelancer lead gen guy here?

I have 2 products that I look to sell, one it's established and one just launching. I'm interested in cold-email lead gen not phone calls.

Something like leadfuze did when starting up, you do the prospecting and contact(with automatic follow up) and then forward the hot leads to me.

I know that I can find this on upwork, but I'm not looking for one who has 20 companies as clients and charges a high amount/lead. I'm ok with someone who can take my job while still working as a sale rep.

If this is not the place to ask, please give some suggestions where I can find such freelancers.
