Can any Shopify dropshipper comment with a small guide from start to where they started to sell?

As title says, I'm curious of what one must do before starting his shopify dropshipping website.

From creating his company/firm to setting up products on the website and starting to sell.

• How do you know the pictures you add on your website are not copywrited, or do you make your own?

• How do you know which are the non-fake suppliers/distributors?

• How do you pick them?

• What kind of company do you start? Or can you sell the products in your name and then you declare the income and pay taxes?

• What type of account do you own on Shopify?

• Did the 14 days trial helped you?

• Would you rather build a website from scratch than using Shopify?

And any other tips and tricks any of you would like to share or consider I should know.
