I'm putting a quick service restaurant by the bar district in a college town. My restaurant only needs 1300 sq ft but the space is 2500. The shape of the space is a long box about 20 ft wide with the kitchen at one end. I'm trying to come up with another concept to throw in there to help with rent. What concepts would go in a high foot traffic spot? Preferably not a bar or restaurant.
