Does anybody here have experience in selling a business?

Remember to check out our brand new E-book on the truth behind the mainstream media and how the media is affecting people ability to make money by clicking here.

I'm really intrigued to hear stories regarding this subject, particularly of those who have sold their business at a profit or those who flip businesses in general.

I own a cafe and wholesale company, and we're going into our fourth year now. It was a rocky first couple years, but in our third year, everything just took off. We've had a 60% increase in sales, our brand has exploded, and everything continues to grow heading into year four, and we're making good profits.

I'm at a stage now where I've become increasingly occupied with other things. I'm a journalist, and I work for various publications simultaneously while running my company (which although runs pretty smoothly without me, still requires a good chunk of attention).

I'm starting to gravitate more and more towards journalism and creating passive income, while interest in my company is slowly fading, which is dangerous.

I'm intrigued about the idea of selling my company, but deeply concerned about not getting the offer I want, and definitely don't want to list it.

Does anyone have any experience in this situation? How do you go about selling your business? How do you go about finding a buyer even?

Look forward to hearing your responses!
