I have an idea for a website that I would like to try out. Does anyone have any tips/pointers for the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to get a basic, monetized website off the ground?

The website would mainly contain blog posts and memes. I have no programming experience. I know there are a million websites out there about how to build your own site but I'm looking to hear from others with direct experience, who have learned what the best, cheapest and fastest way to go about this is. This is the first time I've had off from my job in weeks after working until midnight most of this week, so I only have a day or two to start to put it together. Thanks.
