Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul
Hello,
Ive got a little business I am about to start up and launch soon. I want this business to grow slow, organically but efficiently. I am in no rush for this to blow up, nor am I getting into business to get rich. I do however want to turn an nice profit in the most maximizing and efficient way possible while offering a worthy quality of services.
I have been researching and playing around in this sub for over a couple of years. I have also done research through google and youtube and other business forums.
I am about to launch my business publicly in the next month and would like to get a real taste of constructive criticism and advice.
okay first,
after ample hours of research I cannot for the life of me get away from trying to start any business without tons of process management systems and low but reasonable start up capital and business maintenance.
With todays advances in technology and cloud based servers and programs there is almost no need to waste money starting off on business property or spending on humans when there are inventory, accounting and payment processing systems, also the benefit of grouping these processes with low cost marketing and advertising schemes with social media sites like facebook.
so I so far have spent less than $500 on my entire business and I currently am about 80% done with all start up and launch activities.
where I am at now is finishing up some contract write ups and paper work practices. I am still figuring out how I will pay an employee when they secure a job lead and sell it to a sub contractor and by pay I mean the commission structure they deserve. Im still researching and deciding how much and when to pay the company and also When and how to pay myself. I am also still figuring out the exact sales strategies I want to first implement. I have just filed for my LLC and am currently shopping for Construction small business liablity insurance.
So within the next month I will be, licensed, insured, and OSHA approved ( I am a Occupational Health and Safety Manager by profession)
okay so let me have it guys,
what do you guys think, advice... ect ect
