Have an idea for app. Should I take the time to learn how to create one, or do I have somebody help me?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

I know the potential profit wouldn't be nearly as much if I were to reach out for help from an individual app maker or a website, but I am also looking for the best case scenario due to the limited skills I have in this area.

I have looked at websites like brainyapps.com and zappooroo.com who help create and market your ideas, but how are the finances laid out? I know some websites will directly give you a one time payment for ideas, but are there any that work by percentages of the revenue with the app creator and the person that thought of the idea?

This is new to me and hopefully there are people who have tried both to lay out the pros and cons. If you thought you had a great app idea but had no experience or knowledge on how to create and market one, then what options would you pursue?
