I'm looking at building my first webstore as a reseller. I'm a web dev, so I'm going to build the thing myself. I will sell digital products and then pay the owner of the original product after I take my cut. What do I do to make sure I don't get scammed by a stolen credit card, pay the original owner, and then be out the money?

Can I wait 30 days before paying the owner? Is that enough time for credit card "charge backs?"
