How do you deal with the damage to personal relationships due to working so many hours?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Quick backstory: 30 year old tech entrepreneur. I'm fortunate to own and run to small companies. Both are growing and I enjoy investing around 60 - 80 hours per week depending on the week. When I stop for those brief moments it hits me that I really have no friends since I work such hours.

In addition to the hours, I'm so involved and committed to my projects I feel like it is isolating when I am speaking to a friend or family member. I have nothing else to talk about and don't want to bore people with work. Just because it excites me, does not mean it's exciting. My mind is always thinking about work and problem solving.

On the whole I am not a sad or depressed person. In fact I am quite happy. I just care for the people around me and wanted to know how some of you guys and gals make it work!

I have tried taking friends and family to NBA games and things of that nature but I still don't feel like I have a very strong relationship with people and would like to change that.

TLDR I work a ton. I love it. I think I'm starting to suck at personal relationships.

P.S Working less is not an option for 2-3 more years.
