How would you encourage someone that doesn't have an opinion?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Long story short, I have a friend whom i work with. He's not really the brightest guy but he did graduate college. We co-founded a website and I've been trying to get more productivity from him since day one.

The issue arises when I ask him a question along the lines of, "which one do you like more, X or Y?". He'll answer the question by stating pros about both X and Y but ultimately never says which one he thinks is better.

I think the problem stems from the fact that he doesn't know much about the topic and perhaps he's not confident in giving an opinion. I want to help him. What should I do?
