I have a general location, expected income, I've completely researched the area and competition, I know Personal Trainers that can work and I have absolutely no idea where to go from here. I need a physical location (which is going to be hard to find- however there's lots of space to build on) I'm 18 and I'm worried people will not take me seriously.

I know wealthy people that may be interested in investing in me, should I write up a formal business plan and pitch it to them? Should I ask them for help?
