I'm talking with an online vendor on selling my product, but need some help.

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

So I have a couple things that I need to get cleared up before I call this guy and get everything settled. Couple things in the background:

I'll be selling a new drone design of mine. This design incorporates a new wing sweep section that increases stability of the certain style of airplane that i'm working with, and because it was new and very successful, all of the judges at my science fair told me to get a patent.

So now, I have a provisional patent. The online vendor people I talked to said they wanted to build it with EPP for a more precise, finished product. I agreed with this, but I want to be the one that does the manufacturing/pays for the manufacturing because of the patent. Does it matter who pays/does the manufacturing at all or no?

Royalties, shares and cuts. What % of the pay/profits should be mine and his? This also goes back to why I dont want them to do the manufacturing, because it would give them a reason to grab a higher %.

I'm on my track of getting an LLC. Would it matter if i got an LLC or not? Would it help or just be detrimental to everything?

I want to sell this with multiple vendors as well. Any tips on that?

Any other things anybody wants to add? If this is the wrong place to look for this kind of advice, can you guys point me towards the right place?

I'm in northern virginia in the US.
