I am an executive headhunter - I own and operate a search firm and have served many clients and candidates well over the years. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is preparing candidates for their interviews. My interview preparation makes a significant difference in interview outcome.

Friends and family frequently request that I help their friends prepare for interviews. It takes a bit of my time, but I enjoy doing this as a way of "giving back". The feedback I receive is always sincere gratitude - the interview prep helps a lot.

From this, I have put together a website where I offer one-on-one, video-chat interview preparation.

I am now looking for avenues to market this service - both paid and free. The website is fully functional, but about 80% finished. I can link to it if needed.

The target audience for this is:

1. Graduating college students preparing for their first job

2. Professionals in the first 10-15 years of their career that have found they don't interview well

3. Professionals that are preparing for a significant career move and want to fully prepare for the big leagues (e.g. someone that has been a Marketing Manager at a small firm interviewing to be a Marketing Director at a huge agency)

4. I hope to find additional needs that I may not realize at this time
