My buddie runs a cleaning business that is already pretty successful, now that i have time, how can i run an affiliate program online/the California area to get him more business and i get part of the cut?

Not sure where to start an affiliate program, I'm pretty sure if i give him business hell give me a cut. And its all passive income. I would get him the job and he would take care of everything else, essentially money/month without me doing anything apart from maybe checking up on the places that i get him.

How can i turn this into a business and profit for him and myself.

Do i make a website and see what i can sell through there? Create a blog and go from there? Create a blog of restaurant cleaning?

He offers janitorial work for business/restaurants, as it is cheaper to go through him then hire your own. And all are trained to standard.

How would someone go about making money with this affiliate?

My target is restaurants, hospitals, schools, cafes, malls, essentially any place that needs janitorial work. Or late night cleaning.
