Need some advice from those in the fashion industry. To hire or not to hire?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Whatsup guys. To give you some background, I've always admired the creative aspect of the fashion industry. This led to me being in a partnership for a fashion line for bikini's/swimwear for men/briefs. It went really well and we ended up transferring ownership to an investor once we knew it as the right time for us to focus on other things.

During this time (and previously) I've been drawing fashion designs for both men and women as a hobby. I'm at a point where I want to make these designs a tangible product and jumpstart my very own fashion line as an LLC/Sole Proprietorship.

Here lies the problem (or should I say double-edged sword). I consider my creativity one of my biggest assets next to time - my sowing and production skills - not so much. My sewing ability is very limited. In my previous business, I was in charge for the designs/e-commerce/fabric sourcing/etc. The actual trade of making the clothes were in the hands of my partner.

I have two options, I could either learn and attend proper classes of sewing and do everything by myself which will in turn take months and months to get the proper techniques down. Or I could hire somebody to make the clothes for me while I take care of everything else.

Both with the consideration of time and money, it's going to take a toll. As someone who doesn't want to lose any more time and get it started, what would you suggest? Appreciate all responses. Thanks

EDIT: Should have also mentioned I won't be limiting myself to just bikini's/swimwear/etc but plan on designing (or making) everything from shirts/jeans/etc.
