I've got a lot of things on the go at the moment. From web dev projects for clients to small commercial fintech applications that were marketing pretty aggressively.

October last year I hired a guy from the Philippines to help develop our new application. It ended terribly.

Has anyone has good experiences with these sort of services - hiring individuals to work for you working from home. Any tips appreciated.
