Question about dropshipment of big brands

For this question, let's assume that I want to do drop shipment for sport shoes, and I come across this supplier which can deliver the newest Nike shoes (regular retail value $100) for let's say $20. A sane person would think this is too good to be true, but I am crazy and I order a sample. I receive the sample and it seems to be very good quality on first sight. A official looking label is included as well.

Is it OK for me to sell these products as 'legit', or am I taking a risk that what I want to do is not legal (shoes are stolen or fake replica's)?
