Renting/buying land for an unusual venture

Hi guys, I'm in the foundry stages of a composting business in Central Florida. My issue is this, while there is certainly a market, and plenty of opportunity for supply - I actually need a facility to process my product in.

In other words I need somewhere to put smelly garbage for months at a time. A yard is really all I need - but I live in an apartment complex.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to find a plot of land I could lease or even buy if the price made sense?
