Several attempts and several failures, any ideas?

So, a little while ago I came into possession of a whole bunch of industrial storage/moving totes like thesehttps://storagetoteblog.files.wordpress.com/2014/01/2.jpg (by a bunch I mean about 400). Much like most of the community here on r/entrepreneur I am always keeping an open mind and always trying to see new business opportunities. When I got all of these I started brainstorming ways to make a little bit of money off of them. My first venture was to rent them out to people that were moving as an alternative to cardboard moving boxes. I tried to market them as a more eco friendly and more convenient method of moving, based on things like their handles, sturdy construction and the ability to have them picked up rather than worry about trying to dispose of them. Unfortunately, this failed miserably with almost no interest at all, likely because of the price. Even though I priced them at what I believed was a fairly fair rate (about $3.00 per box per week depending on the amount that would be needed) it was still more expensive than just the cardboard boxes and people are willing to deal with the hassle to save some money. My next attempt was to provide storage with them. The idea was that the client would pay a set amount per box on a monthly basis and they could fill the boxes with whatever they wanted as long as the box could close. We would deliver the boxes, they would take a couple of days to fill them and then we would up and store the boxes. When they needed something from the storage we would deliver the specific boxes that they requested. This venture showed a bit more interest, mainly by people wanting to escape the high prices of self-storage units, but in the end it ultimately failed. That brings me to where I am now, I still have all the boxes and I’m no further ahead as I was when I started. However, I still have all the boxes so I have that going for me. So here I am, I know that most of us here like to keep our ideas pretty close to our chest but the main reason I am here is to ask for assistance. Does anybody know of any uses that these boxes could be used for? Hopefully that others would be willing to pay for. Any advice, ideas, ect. Are greatly appreciated!
