You want to open up a McDonalds, well they will tell you the best location that will offer the best return for your efforts. What about Bob's Gyros? How does Bob know that his Gyro shop would be better on Main and 17th instead of the location he is currently eyeing on Flower and Grand?

Where does one go for this type of research, and does it exist at an affordable price for small businesses? A report for 20k might make the difference in making 200k your first year or losing 100k in losses.
