Subscription Box beginner question

So I am wanting to create a subscription box service and I am looking for packaging options. Most of all the places online I am finding require a minimum order of at least 25-100.

I found packlane who has a requirement of 10 boxes but for the size I need, the boxes (without color or printing) run for $6 each. Do I just need to calculate this into my price? I know this cost will decrease with more subs but I hate to spend more than needed early on. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
