Trying to find a unique selling point for my beverage business! Any advice?

I am developing a kombucha business. Kombucha is a pro-biotic, healthy, organic, vegan beverage. It is essentially a near sugar free tasty and healthy soda pop.

I have a few ideas to create a unique selling point but am unsure. Does anyone have any advice on how we can do this or create our USP. Right now there are 2 brewers in my city that make the stuff. One is focused on having an artsy, old fashioned look while promoting GLUTEN FREE/ RAW/ VEG/ PALEO / NUTRIENT-DENSE, and the other is focused on being local/organic/craft/small batch.

We are not sure how to position ourselves right now. I believe that we have a better product in general and can overtake the other 2 as they are still in early stages but I think we need a USP. Our ideas right now include; focus on nature (nature type of packaging with seeds that come with each bottle), focus on vegan/gluten free, focus on creating a raw/local product. Any ideas/advice? or examples of beverage companies that have created a great USP are appreciated! Thanks!
