In all seriousness exercise has been about as critical to my success as an entrepreneur as anything else. I'm be curious to hear your experience as well.

I know this is a bit of a non traditional post on r/entrepreneur but I think exercise is a hidden secret of successful startups and business owners. Would love to hear your thoughts as well.

Obama will wake up early even though he isn't a morning person to exercise. I've personally been all over the map on this. I've gotten up early and run late at night.
My recommendation is to start exercising whenever it's easiest and build the habit from there.

Brandon tries everything - Bikram Yoga, rock climbing, running and weightlifting.
I think my exercise adds at least 1 to 2 hours of productivity to my day.

A vegetarian Booker is hops on a bike at Soul Cycle and rides out his stress. The number of people who ride at Soul Cycle during lunch at my company is awesome!

"Anna Wintour Plays A Game Of Tennis In The Wee Hours Of The Morning"
Anna Wintour, the head of Vogue and the basis for the movie The Devil Wears Prada gets up at 5:45 for a quick tennis match before heading out to work.
**"Oprah Winfrey Combines Cardio And Meditation To Help Her Power Through Her Busy Days"
Oprah works out with her trainer for 45 minutes six days a week. I find that working with a coach or trainer (if you have the financial ability) increases your chances of working out regularly.
I also love Orpah's emphasis on meditation. I have used meditation at different points in my life and it's been a game changer. Cool tip - try meditating right after you finish a work out and measure your heart rate at the same time.

The founder of OKCupid plays basketball every Sunday in NYC for a couple hours. As a former hoop player myself I think that's awesome. I need to get back out on the court!

Ron Saich shook the business world when he participated in a challenge to fight hunger in America and live on $4.50 a day. Inspiring stuff.
He also works out with a trainer three times a week to get back in shape. Just starting (even if your'e behind) is really important.

The CEO of GoPro is an adrenaline junkie and plays all kinds of sports. He began GoPro from inspiration found while surfing. This guy really is a new age CEO. Pay attention to what this guy does.

The CEO of Hootesuite injured his back and turned to Yoga. This is a great example that even if you get injured you can move to another sport or form of exercise. Don't give up!
I've personally really enjoyed yoga when I've done it in the past. I'd like to do more of it :).

"Frits Van Paaschen's Runs 10 Miles Every Day"
The CEO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts runs almost a half marathon every day. Amazing! I love his emphasis on confronting your personal fears. This guy is a beast - he recently finished an Ironman!
"Citigroup CEO Michael Corbat Follows An Exercise Regimen Called The Spartacus Workout"
Michael Corbat does the Spartacus workout (squats, pushups, and dumbbells. It just goes to show you that even the Corporate big wigs get out there and sweat.

The CEO of FOCUS Brands incorporates morning yoga. It's awesome to see how many business leaders practice yoga and meditation.

Mint.com legend sometimes does some crazy stuff. "Whenever I see a tree that is climbable, it must be climbed," he said. "Sometimes when I'm on a run, I'll just run up a tree, jump on a branch, and swing off. My favorite tree, in Saratoga, gets me a good 75 feet up."
