(X-post from MODELING) Need help creating my brand identity. I have the model and the product. Now what?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

I'm curious to get opinions on how to use a model, Something similar to "Flo" I bet I don't even have to mention the company for you to know who I mean. I'm too small to have that recognizably, but I could have it regional/niche .

Here is the text: Here is the situation. I have a startup business and what google tells me is a commercial model. I would like this person to be on social media (blogging and responding) and attend events (garden shows) sitting at a booth selling and raising brand awareness. I really want someone to put on a whole "show" and not just sit there with a grumpy look like they have better things to be doing. We just don't have the resources and money to have separate people, so I need someone who can really do it all. She is what I would describe as a "crunchy granola girl." I have more of a corporate scary authority vibe to me, so I really need someone who is not me. She wants complete creative control over herself. I'm on board with that, but there are a bunch of issues. Particularly in hygiene. She is very hippy, has armpit hair, and dirty cloths. She is also an "activist." How does one separate personal and corporate personas? She is also not a trained model, it is really more of a matter of the situation working out. She is ~5'5", 105-110 lbs, does yoga etc, very intelligent. What are some resources I could share with her with her that do not cost money, and will not scare her off, making her think she is corporate incarnate. I want to take her with me to a local seminar that is going to be run at a local startup group about branding. Is this an activity that the "talent" would even be involved in? My skill sets for this would be Makeup(stage), Cinematography, Photoshop, Graphic design. We will also be bringing on board a new partner, so their would be additional input and photography skills. What I lack is how to create a brand identity and how to utilize a model properly, I also have no idea how to talk about clothing, perfume, girl makeup, but still keep her as the girl next door hippy garden girl.
