I live near an artsy city with a big art school and young crowd and am a photographer/filmmaker myself. I've been thinking for awhile about renting out a space and turning it into a production studio for myself but the rent alone is about $2500 which is quite a lot for a starving artist lol.

So I was thinking about renting it out hourly to other artists, photographers, and videographers for maybe ~$50 an hour or X amount a day. Does anyone have experience with this? How hard is it to get clients?
