Engaging with a pre-launch list until launch. Ideas please?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

Hi all, I've been working on a text based concierge service for restaurant recommendations (kind of like magic) over the past month and a couple of days ago i started sharing a prelaunch landing page to get some initial sign ups and validate demand. We've got around 100 sign ups which we're really happy about. In addition, we started the service for our friends and family for about a month and we have around 10 sign ups from that.

We want to allow access to the service in batches to maintain a high quality of service and to make sure we can handle the demand. It's not automated at the moment.

It might take some time (1-1.5 months) to invite everyone on our list to use our platform. I would really appreciate if you had any ideas on how I can engage people on our list to maintain their level of interest in the product until they have access to the platform? Open to any ideas. Thank you so much!
