[Florida] Does the name of my LLC matter, or just the DBA?

Success has a lot to do with your sense of being Find out how to train yourself to make money and stay in tune with your mind, body and soul

To make this easy lets assume the following: I have owned a business selling product, under the name "Keyboard". I am now wanting to incorporate and continue selling under "Keyboard".

In Florida, Keyboard LLC is taken, and from what I have gathered, your LLC name cant match that of another LLC. The DBA, on the other hand, can. You just cant infringe on trademarks.

So would it be best to just register something like <lastname> group as the LLC, and then make my DBA "keyboard", and advertise as that? No other "Keyboard" named company operates in my niche, or owns a trademark in my industry, however other "Keyboard" DBAs do exist in Florida and elsewhere. My actual business name is still a fairly common word and I regret it. I may append something to the end of it if I absolutely have to.
