Hi Reddit,

We have a couple opportunities on the board and a I could really use some help. We are a small medical device startup with a very unuiqe product. I want to prepare myself on the exec bio / resume side and I'm looking for constructive feedback on my LinkedIn. A few mentors have told me that I look like a generalist and not a specialist.
